Registration

Registration for LANE 2026 including the LaserEMobility workshop is now open until September 6, 2026. Please register via our Conference Management System 'ConfTool'.   

Presenting author  

The conference fee for presenting authors includes: 

• Publication of the scientific paper in Elsevier's e-journal 'Procedia CIRP'
• Unlimited access to all presentations
• Participation in the social events
  

In case of more than three papers of the same author are accepted for publication, each of thsese papers which will be published, but an additional publication fee of € 370  per paper will be invoiced.

In case of more than one industrial talk, an additional fee of € 100 per talk will be invoiced.

After the final acceptance of your paper you can register via our Conference Management System 'ConfTool' as presenting author.

Regular participant

The conference fee for regular participants includes: 

• Unlimited access to all presentations at the booked conference days
  
• Participation in the social events at the booked conference days

You can register as a participant via our conference management system 'ConfTool'.

Friday

To participate in the LaserEMobility workshop on Friday, registration is required via our conference management system 'ConfTool' by selecting the corresponding option.

A limited number of places are available free of charge or at a reduced rate for LANE participants. LANE participants may submit a contribution relevant to the LaserEMobility workshop. For participants within this contingent who do not submit a contribution, a fee of € 50 (e.g., to cover catering) will be charged.

Members of AILU / bayern photonics / CIRP / IUPAP / JLPS / OptecNet Deutschland  / Swissphotonics / VDMA e. V. / WGP / WLT are granted a general discount of 10 % on these fees. The discount is granted only once. Marketing and exhibition packages are excluded from this discount. Payments should be made on receipt of invoice. For payment with credit cards from outside the European Union, a service fee of 7 % will be charged. Possible costs for the bank transfer are for the account of the registrant.

The regular participant (non-author) may cancel the event up to 14 days prior to its commencement in return for 50 % of the participation fee. Thereafter, or should the participant fail to appear, we will charge the full participation fee. The fee for presenting authors is not refundable because the fee covers the publication costs. SAOT will accept an alternate participant / speaker without additional charges. Cancellations, revocations or changes in bookings must be in written form.
