AdlOptica GmbH

The main field of the activity of AdlOptica GmbH is the development of versatile refractive Laser Beam Shapers, multi-focus and multi-spot optics, customized industrial optical solutions for high-power and ultra-short pulse lasers, special optics for microscopy, geophysics and interferometry. The result of a 20 year experience in developments of the refractive field mapping beam shapers is realized in a “family” of πShaper-systems, numbering today more than 100 models:

  • converting Gaussian profile to flat-top (uniform)
  • TEM00 and multimode lasers
  • Laser power up to several kW (CW)
  • almost 100% efficiency
  • spectrum from UV to CO2 laser
  • narrow spectral band and achromatic
  • laser spots from few microns to several meters
  • power from mW to kW
  • CW or pulse lasers
  • variety of flat-top spot sizes
  • low sensitivity to misalignment

Research & Development Activities

  • Laser Beam Shaping optics πShaper®, Focal-πShaper®
  • Participation in researches for LPBF, Welding ,Glass processing
  • Development of thermostable optics  Multifocal optics foXXus®
  • Multi-spot optics quattroXX®, peaXXus
  • Special objectives aplanoXX® for micromachining inside transparent materials

Specifications of these optical devices reflect the real needs of industrial and scientific applications. Basing on the multi-year experience, there are offered today ready solutions for majority of laser techniques: laser technologies in photovoltaics, micromachining, welding, cutting, drilling, hardening, cladding, marking, ablation, various types of spectroscopy, laser heating in geophysical researches, confocal microscopy, holography, Computer Generated Holograms, interference, variety of techniques based on SLM (spatial light modulators), MOPA- and Free Electron Lasers, and many others.

Nevertheless, continuous monitoring the market requirements and developing new beam shaping solutions are the constant tasks for AdlOptica GmbH.
