Presenting author  

• Complete conference: € 850 incl. 7 % VAT

The conference fee for presenting authors includes: 

• Publication of the scientific paper in Elsevier's e-journal 'Procedia CIRP' / of the industrial paper on LANE website
• Unlimited access to all presentations
• Participation in the social events
  

For each further paper of the same author which will also be published, an additional publication fee of € 350 incl. 7 % VAT per paper will be invoiced.

After the final acceptance of your paper you can register via our Conference Management System 'ConfTool' as presenting author.

Regular participant

• Complete conference: € 1.100 incl. 7 % VAT
• 3-day participation: € 950 incl. 7 % VAT
• 2-day participation: € 850 incl. 7 % VAT
• 1-day participation: € 700 incl. 7 % VAT 

The conference fee for regular participants includes: 

• Unlimited access to all presentations at the booked conference days
  
• Participation in the social events at the booked conference days

Members of AILU / bayern photonics / CIRP / EPIC / IUPAP / JLPS / OPSS / OptecNet Deutschland / Optonique / Photonics Austria / PhotonicSweden / SAOT / Swissphotonics / WGP / WLT are granted a general discount of 10 % on these fees. The discount is granted only once. Marketing and exhibition packages are excluded from this discount. Payments should be made on receipt of invoice. For payment with credit cards from outside the European Union, a service fee of 7 % will be charged. Possible costs for the bank transfer are for the account of the registrant.

The regular participant (non-author) may cancel the event up to 14 days prior to its commencement in return for 50 % of the participation fee. Thereafter, or should the participant fail to appear, we will charge the full participation fee. The fee for presenting authors is not refundable because the fee covers the publication costs. Bayerisches Laserzentrum GmbH will accept an alternate participant / speaker without additional charges. Cancellations, revocations or changes in bookings must be in written form.

We will reserve hotel room contingents for LANE 2024 participants so that you can easily find an appropriate accommodation.
