With high-power cw and pulsed lasers this product creates new opportunities in the emerging field of laser material processing in applications such as high-speed multi-point processing, laser marking, 3D additive manufacturing, Si-wafer, glass dicing and many more. Additionally, our Laser Diode Irradiation Light Source (SPOLD) will also be featured. This complete laser system includes a fiber output, LD module, Peltier cooler and driver, all integrated into one compact unit. The built-in process monitor type allows users to control the laser process by constantly monitoring thermal information at the laser irradiation point. This laser output power regulation is ideal for stable mass production applications such as plastic welding or soldering.
