Submission
As a first step, extended scientific or industrial abstracts must be submitted online to ConfTool by May 04, 2012. They should consist of 3 pages and must be written in English. Please use this template: Template - Extended Abstract (DOC) Scientific contributions: In case of a positive review result through the Scientific Committee, you will recieve the template for your full paper with a length of 5-8 pages on June 15, 2012, as a next step. Industrial contributions: In case of a positive review result through the Industrial Committee, you can present your contribution at LANE 2012 (no full paper and no publication on Physics Procedia). Papers will only be accepted if written in English and if in conformity with the authors guidelines, which will be sent together with the notification of acceptance.
Please note: Accepted scientific and industrial contributions have to be presented personally at LANE 2012 conference. The summarys of the scientific and industrial extended abstracts will be published in a printed booklet. Scientific full papers will be published as a special issue in Elsevier's online journal Physics Procedia on ScienceDirect and will also be incorporated into Scopus. Timeline
Publication The accepted scientific full papers of LANE 2012 will be published in Elsevier's Physics Procedia. This e-online platform, launched in 2008, focuses solely on the publication of high quality conference proceedings. By allowing conference delegates to publish their papers in a dedicated online issue on Science Direct, which is then made freely available throughout the world, Physics Procedia facilitates a fast dissemination. In addition, all papers published in Physics Procedia will also be incorporated into Scopus, the largest abstract and citation database for research literature and quality online sources.
