Standard: € 1,400 incl. 19 % VAT

Exhibition Packages

The LANE 2012 will be accompanied by a table top exhibition. The exhibition will be directly in front of the conference rooms where the participants of the conference come together for all coffee and lunch breaks.

Exhibition Package "Nano"
Standard: € 1,200 incl. 19 % VAT
Presenting Author: € 750 incl. 19 % VAT
  • Including participation for one of your employees / presenting author
  • Appearance at the table top exhibition during the entire LANE 2012
      - Booth with an exhibition space of 3 m x 2 m
      - One table, two chairs
      - Power supply (~ 220 V, 16 A)
      - Booth surveillance during talks


Exhibition Package "Micro"
Standard: € 1,800 incl. 19 % VAT
Presenting Author: € 1,400 incl. 19 % VAT
  • Marketing Package “Basic”
  • Including participation for one of your employees / presenting author
  • Appearance at the table top exhibition during the entire LANE 2012
      - Booth with an exhibition space of 3 m x 2 m
      - One table, two chairs
      - Power supply (~ 220 V, 16 A)

Exhibition Package "Macro"
Standard: € 2,400 incl. 19 % VAT
Presenting Author: € 2,000 incl. 19 % VAT
  • Marketing Package “Basic”
  • Including participation for two of your employees / presenting author
  • Appearance at the table top exhibition during the entire LANE 2012
      - Booth with an exhibition space of max. 15 m²
      - Required tables and chairs
      - Power supply (~ 220 V, 16 A)

The exhibition booth should be set up on November 12. The actual exhibition will take place on Nov. 13-15.

Marketing Package "Active", Exhibition Package "Nano", “Micro” or “Macro”
please register online on ConfTool until October 19, 2012. Closing date for advertisment in printed summary booklet is September 28, 2012.

Please note that a booked package can be cancelled until September 28, 2012 without any fees. Thereafter we will charge the full fee. Cancellation must be in writing
