Members of the CIRP / WGP / WLT are granted a general discount of 10 % on these fees. Payments should be made on receipt of invoice. For payment with credit cards, a service fee of 7 % will be charged.

The conference fees include admission to the presentations, the accompanying exhibition, the conference banquet, lunch for three days, refreshments, the casual reception, the cocktail session and one set of summary booklet.        

The participant may cancel the event up to 14 days prior to its commencement in return for 50 % of the participation fee. Thereafter, or should the participant fail to appear, we will charge the full participation fee. Bayerisches Laserzentrum GmbH will accept a replacement participant without any additional charges. Cancellations, revocations or changes in bookings must be in writing.
